Summer Bank Holiday Sale – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Photomart Summer Bank Holiday Sale, running from 00:00 on Thursday 21 August 2025 until 23:59 on Monday 25 August 2025. By participating in this promotion, you agree to these terms in addition to our standard Terms & Conditions.

All free bonuses and discounts will be applied automatically in your cart at checkout – no codes required.

1. Eligibility

• Both existing and new customers are eligible.
• No trade account is required to purchase.
• Orders can be placed online, by phone, or in our showroom.
• The promotion operates on a first-come, first-served basis. If an item sells out, we may offer it as a pre-order.

2. Products in the Promotion

Media

• All brands of dye-sublimation media are included: DNP, HiTi, Mitsubishi, Sinfonia, Ciaat, and Citizen.
• 10% off all dye-sub media packs
• Double Photomart Loyalty Points

Stimolante Strut Mounts

• All sizes and styles of Stimolante strut mounts are included.
• Free box of protective cellophane bags with each mount order
• Double Photomart Loyalty Points will be awarded.

Printers

• All new DNP and HiTi printers are included.
• Each qualifying printer purchase will include:

3. Loyalty Points

• Double Loyalty Points apply only to purchases of strut mounts and dye-sublimation media.
• Photomart Loyalty Points are valid for two years (730 days) from the date of issue and will expire automatically after this period.
• Loyalty Points cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used in combination with other offers.

4. Recycling Scheme Exclusion

• All media purchased during this promotion is excluded from the £50 Recycling Reward.
This is because we do not apply “discounts on discounts” – the £50 reward is considered a form of discount, and this offer already includes a discount on media.
• In simple terms: if you’ve already saved money through this sale, you cannot claim an additional £50 for recycling the same product. This ensures fairness for all customers.

5. Order Conditions

• No minimum order value applies.
• Normal shipping charges apply(free delivery for orders over £200 ex. VAT).
• This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or voucher.
• Monday 25 August 2025 is a UK Bank Holiday – our Sales Team will not be in the office. Orders can still be placed online, but sales-related queries will be handled when the office reopens on Tuesday, 26 August.

6. Returns Policy

Photomart does not operate on a trial or sale-or-return basis. Returns are only accepted if agreed in advance and in accordance with our standard Terms & Conditions. Key points:

• Goods must be in original packaging, clean, and resalable.
• A 15% restocking fee may apply at our discretion.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable.
• Discrepancies or damage must be reported within 3 working days of delivery.
• RMA returns must be received within 3 working days of the issue date.
• Software, memory cards, and media will only be accepted if sealed.
• Photomart is not liable for goods lost or damaged in return transit.

7. Other Conditions

• Photomart will not be held responsible for delays or failure to deliver goods due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
• Bundled items are non-refundable unless authorised by Photomart.
• Refunds for bundle returns will be calculated based on agreed values.
